    Clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet place to stay. Located right next to Walmart, a restaurant, gas station and donut shop, easy walking distance from many other stores.

    Pet owners DO NOT stay here. We travel all the time with our dog. Even after paying all the deposits for our dog, we were told our dog wasn't allowed to be there alone, it we weren't in the room. They followed me to my car to see our miniature schnauzer to see if he could be there. Also, front desk very sketchy. They told me my payment declined though Expedia even after me telling them the card they were saying denied wasn't mine and showed them it came out of my bank. They wanted to charge me again. We had friends staying same weekend who had an identical experience. Same situation with their dog and also told their card denied. Steer clear from here if you are traveling with a pet and want to feel comfortable during your stay. Terrible

    We tried to stay at this Best Western and when we arrived they had no power. I went in and spoke with someone who wrote my name down. They called the next day asking why we had not checked in. I explained to her that the gentleman there told us we would get refunded and could find a different hotel due to the inconvenience of the black out they were having. The charge is still on my account and when I called to speak to someone the man working was very rude, told me he had not been there for 5 days and couldnt help. He then said he would transfer me to the manager but just hung up on. I now have to dispute to charge with my bank. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Bad communication- checked in early in the morning due to traveling purposes.The clerk told us nothing about check out time. WAs awoken at 11 basically telling us we had to checkout in the next 2 hours then when asked can I get my partial payment back I was told no even though we werent even there for a full 7 hours in the midst of just going back to my room to collect my belongings we came across a FLYING ROACH coming from the bathtub and then FLEW TO THE BED. Im so disgusted because me and my husband are regulars here so for us to witness what we just saw and on top of that the manager basically just brushed it off as if it was nothing was very disrespectful.i called customer service and now being told that we cant even STAY/RENT a room. Do you do this to everyone who sees a roach and then bad communication? And this seems to not be the first time for Roaches

You checked in very late at our hotel at 2.32 at night (early morning) and your checkout time is 11.00 in the morning. No hotel in America that I know of will let you stay the sencond night free. We offered you a disconted rate when you checked-in and we also offered you the same rate for the second night if you had stayed over.Yes, we called you at our hotel check out time at 11.00 to see if you were going to stay over? And that is very normal for hotel to check on guests who are supposed to check out.The other issues poped up suddenly when we did not offer you a free room night.
