        During Hurricane Beryl, The Chiefly Hotel delivered outstanding service. Despite the chaos, the accommodations were very clean and comfortable, and the food and beverages were excellent. The staff truly made a difference. Anna and Evan at reception handled challenging situations and demanding customers with remarkable skill and professionalism. Their calm and efficient manner stood out during a stressful time. The Chiefly Hotel provided a safe and welcoming environment when it was needed most. Highly recommended for their unwavering dedication to guest care and hotel experience!

        I love the hotel but I am very disappointed in the rooms t.v. internet! And every time I ask for help, the front t desk doesn't seem to know how to fix it. I think that a hotel of this caliber should have smart TVs. Or at least help with the INTERNET....... I will be here for at least a month, so hopefully, by then, we can figure something out! Rooms: Rooms are nice but the internet is really bad!

        Absolute worse! False advertisement!! I dont know if it is the hotel or Expedia. They stated that the parking is free but email you after booking that it is $32 per day! Call everyone and no one is will to take responsibility!! Rooms: False advertisement!

        We checked in this beautiful hotel on July 9 because of no power from Hurricane Beryl and we are still here, July 13 - still no power. Matt and Evan, managers, have treated us like family. Brett, general manager has helped so much . Hes running a very top rated hotel. Thank you to all the staff . You will not go wrong with your stay here. Rouse Restaurant could use some help with their food. Rooms: The King suite we have is roomy and comfy and the AC is amazing, since were here because of no power in our home. Shower is AMAZing . Love that it has a small refrigerator and even the pull out sofa is comfy - you never have that in any hotel rooms.
