Don't stay here run the rooms are run down and dirty well the entire hotel is they didn't have any towels I had to purchased my own from Walmart they are definitely understaff and need a lot of help who ever owns this place should be ashamed

They charged me a $50 per fee for a service dog and we specifically told them it was a service dog and I can't get ahold of anyone to fix it!!
They respond to those review to call them so they can look into it but they don't answer the ohone when you call the hotel and the Hilton number tells you they can't do anything and to call the hotel. This is now going on 5 months. I'm reporting to the better business bureau and attorney general

Called to cancel my reservation immediately after booking after realizing it was the wrong location, front desk rep said word for word oh you just booked this Ill go ahead and get that cancelled for you. I never received my refund. when I called back a few weeks later the same rep told me there was a no cancellation policy even though he specifically told me he would cancel it, I explained to him that I called immediately after booking because it was the wrong location and he had told me he was going to cancel it. He then said it was not his problem. when I asked to speak to a supervisor he hung up on me. I kept calling back and he kept hanging up the phone or he would pickup and leave the phone off the hook while attending to other customers, I reached out to customer service, They attempted to speak to a manager or supervisor and he refused to transfer them. I currently have an open case with the higher department and a case number and still waiting to get my refund. The person that works at the front desk is the most unprofessional human and should be fired for his lack of professionalism. I will fight this until I get my money back.

There was mold all over the bathroom the sink wouldnt drain and the carpet was wet

The staff was very sweet and helpful gave us a lot of helpful information. The only down fall is the room smelt like it has a lot of water damage. Maybe mold (possibly).
