        The overall experience was good. Breakfast was hot and they had a great selection. Rooms clean Pool could be heated. Gym good. Most of the staff were friendly especially Sam! I booked them using Shal We Travel and Cruises . Thank you.

        A decent hotel located in Galleria, a high-end business district in Houston. However, the entrance is easily missed, especially you drive your own car. Unlike other 4 or 5 stars hotles, the lobby of this hotel is on the third floor. The entrance looks like a small hotel (see photo). Fortunately there is a poster next the elevator, I would think I was in a wrong place.
