This place must be New, everything was so fresh and clean.

I went with my family during spring break weekend. We had two rooms nearby each other. One of the rooms had a foul smell, and it got worse when trying to lower the AC. Had to buy febreeze, and somehow it made it worse. We were given breakfast vouchers per guest each day. First day went well, but the second day didnt go as well. Im thinking theres something going on behind the scenes with management because as my family and I were waiting to get our breakfast, they ran out of food! We were informed with how one of the workers did not show up so they were running low on supplies. How unfortunate! Luckily the lady working there tried to accommodate us and I see shes doing her best while juggling a lot that is not in her working position! Management needs a bit more structure. Another issue with this hotel I had was when we needed towels but were informed that they were closed.i thought hotels normally change your towels during the day when customers are out from my experience. The pool was an indoor pool, but as I stepped in, it was cooler than outside. Might as well have an outdoor pool. Overall 2/5. The lady working that day makes up an extra point from my experience here.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This area is actively being targeted for thieves stealing car parts!! From a well lit and fenced area. Hotel is NOT warning guests and NOT increasing security. I got my catalytic converter stolen and hotel staff said it just happened last week. DO NOT STAY HERE. CAR PARTS ARE ACTIVELY BEING STOLEN AND HOTEL IS DOING NOTHING.
