    This doctor was good bed manners and took care of my family member's issue when I went to see him with my family member. In spite of this, I was surprised by the behavior of his staff, starting with Karen at the front desk. We walked into her office and she greeted us with a smile, she was on her cell phone. As soon as I started asking her questions about insurance and my mother's issue, she started giving me attitude and rolling her eyes. She told me I needed to call insurance and get the information from them. It was something simple regarding her deductible. I did not ask her any further questions, but asked the medical assistant pearl or pirla regarding her condition who was very unprofessional as she was busy checking her personal phone . It is really important for the doctors to consider the front desk staff and the medical assistant because of the behavior. They are the opposite of everything you need to be at a medical office, which is nice, professional, patient, and helpful. I hope they read this review and change their ways.

    Dr Shanti Bansal is very detailed and professional my heart was stopping making me pass out had to get a bigger defibrillator and another lead I haven't passed out nor has my heart stopped Marcus Epps takes the lead now he pays attention and listen to my concerns and fears having a ICD added with several other health issues definitely recommend this place

    Hello, if I could give a zero I would. Dr. Bansal performed my husband surgery concerning his pacemaker. Thankful. Fast forward a few years my husbands battery or batteries in his pacemaker needs to be changed. Of course we (my husband and I) called Dr. Bansals office and set an appointment for care. The day before his appointment we received a call from his office advising our insurance will not be accepted. We pleaded with them to make an exception due to the severity of my husbands condition. None was given. This is a cold-hearted, non-empathetic physician. I am sure that the oath he took as a physician said something about caring for the life of your patients more than money. They didnt even offered to find my husband another physician that could accept the insurance. Its so disgusting, disappointing, and disheartening. I literally felt like I had spoken with a robot or a horrible used car salesman. Im in disbelief! Avoid this place if youre not rich.
