    I had an appointment to have an MRI done, and was turn down because I couldnt pay the co-pay at the time of visit. The hurtful thing is I have top of the line insurance BCBS, who paid over $5600, my portion was over 1200, but because I couldnt make the payment they wanted I was refused service.

    Giving this place a single star is generous. My wife was treated so badly by the triage nurse and doctor she checked herself out. The nurse was rude and abrasive. The doctor dismissive when advised of one of her previous surgeries. He basically didn't believe she'd had that type of surgery. Well, the surgery is uncommon due to the risk involved, but she has had it. She was placed in a small area where it was so hot she was sweating. She finally decided enough was enough and left. Too bad we had already paid our co-pay. We will be bypassing this, the nearest to us, hospital in the future.

    The staff here injured me permanently and I had to have surgery due to the damage. Don't send your loved ones here unless you want to end up having spine surgery from abuse and neglect.

    Update this Hospital has the worst telephone system I have been trying to get through to the scheduling department today 1/5/24 - 3.5 hours no luck and yesterday for 4.0 hours. without any luck. So I tried the text system ARTERA to my suprise it works "great" and once I was able to text the scheduling department I received a phone call back from a most professional Noel and got my answers KUDO's to her. The problem is simple if the phone rings someone has to answer it..Its the "voice system" that no one wants to answer ..Hoping the ARTERA system is expanded and added to the wave what's to come? Also, may I suggest stop spending $ on building fancy roads and multiple entrances and painting the building pretty and spent some money on the phone systems or expanding the ARTERA system. FACTOID My great past experiences at Houston Methodist Hospital in Nassau Bay still deserves more than 5 stars! From their ER to the third floor staff during my 2 day stay. My visit started in their ER due to instruction of my excellent Cardiologist for the possibility of a serious potential heart issues due to stress. My experience from initial intake in ER and examinations to diagnosis to discharge, during mystay was nothing more than outstanding, especially my two "extrotinarry Nurses," and their Technicians assigned to my Room # 325. Also, I want to offer "Kudos" to the Doctors from ER through the Doctors assigned after admission. Also "Kudos" go to the Stress Testing Staff, the in room Lab Testing Technicians, and the Food / Room Service Staff. There were too many employees to, name, including the ones which I never had an opportunity to get to thank. They all were very Professional, Capable, Caring, Personable, Understanding, including excellent communications which made the 2 day stay (May 19 - May21) at least, noiseless, and bearable, through their exceptional care even during required, sleep disturbances for needed vital measurements and treatments. All hospital staff deserve a shout out on a job well done. In summary, thank you .
