The front desk staff at this gym location near my office are consistently rude. While I frequent other gyms where the front desk is always welcoming and helpful, this particular location often lacks a friendly presence or even a front desk at times. The staff here seem uninterested in addressing facility issues, such as the non-functional pool clock that I've reported multiple times over the past month. Natalie, the front desk attendant, was particularly unpleasant when I tried to speak with her; she simply walked away without acknowledging me. I hope that the management takes steps to improve the service at this location, as I believe 24 Hour Fitness deserves better for their business.

Pretty good equipment - I particularly like their rack for pull up and barbell lifts. They have a vast of array of equipment to work out different parts of body including a swimming pool.
