I meanthe pic speaks for itself. Love this gym. Knowledgeable trainers. Been trying for so many years to lose weight unsuccessfully. But they found the magic formula somehow with my meal plan and training schedule. Very personal gym unlike other places with massive amounts of people. The other members are so encouraging and friendly. Love this place.

I have been going to The Body Shop for years and have truly enjoyed my experience. The Body Shop not only has great trainers but a superior atmosphere that fosters, camaraderie, support, education and encouragement! Definitely a worthwhile experience.

Ian B is an excellent trainer. I had personal health goals that required me to reduce my weight in order to keep a chronic condition controlled. After working with Ian, following a customized meal plan & exercise regimen, I met my goals and lost more weight than I ever imagined.

Great work out environment! Definitely felt like an extended family with all the encouragement and support. Ive always been petite, but I finally felt and looked athletic. Ive recommended this gym to many of my colleagues, family and friends. Before in gray top, after in red top.
