This is aerobics non combative there are no trainers here just people watching you punch air a not correctly doing it . Spend less money with a boxing trainer or kickboxing trainer .

Love love love this place. Crystal is the best and sweet, gosh i want a body like hers. I just signed up and price is great. Thirty minutes of workout and the cool thing is it only starts when you come so if your running late, thats fine. Recommended this location for sure.

I started going to this 9Round location in January of 2020, and I have continued to renew my membership every year since then. This workout started just as a way to shed a few extra pounds from the Christmas holiday back in 2019, but has over time become an essential part of my daily routine. The workouts are challenging, but not discouraging. The owner, Crystal, finds ways to keep you engaged, encouraged, and wanting to perform to the best of your ability every time you go. Over the years, I have seen such an improvement in my physical and mental health, and a huge part of that is because of the environment that Crystal creates in her studio. I cannot recommend trying a workout with her more, you will be glad you did! I will continue to be a member of this studio for as long as I possibly can.

This place is dirty an needs an inspection . Plus the trainers arent qualified an this aint kick boxing its tai bo. Waste of money dont go go to a real martial arts place . An there lights arent working cant even see in there . Ill never come back
