Golf Cars of Houston Superstore

Bought a golf cart and it was too tall to fit in my garage (it was a known issue with the brand I found out after they tried to deliver it) I wasn't told anything about it and the store apparently has a tech that is about as useless as they come because they claimed there was nothing they could do. Tried to speak w the manager who was the most unreasonable person I have ever had the misfortune of ever dealing with so I had to pay to haul the golf cart to ANOTHER dealer not affiliated with golf carts of Houston and they were able to fix the cart to make it to where I could get it in my garage. Had they given me any idea the dang thing would be too tall we could have either bought one somewhere where the tech was able to adjust it or bought a different cart all together. They let it sit up there for two weeks before I started calling trying to find out what they were planning on doing with it. I had the cart hauled to CKD golf carts in league City and they fixed the cart and made the adjustments to get it to fit within a day. I am extremely dissatisfied with our whole experience with golf carts of Houston and if I could do it over again I would definitely buy it somewhere else.

I Was so disappointed that our golf cart needed repair right when our whole family were coming in town. Thank you to a very professional Ed in repairs who diagnosed the problem had it fix and returned to us just in time for a fun family Thanksgiving week! Thank you Ed and Golf cars of Houston!

Save thousands by going to Lacey's instead. At lest check their pricing before you pay way too much.

As a manager for a busy parking garage in the medical center, our golf carts are vital to our day to day operations. Overall our carts work and are maintained well. However, one of our carts had been having mechanical issues that the regular technician could not repair. We were able to have the golf cart picked up and a loaner delivered in less than 24 hr period.Everything cant run smoothly all of the time. Its good to know that when they do not, Golf Cars of Houston delivers quality service !!
