        The staff that answers the phone at the medical center office is extremely rude. She doesn't provide her name when she answers the phone, and she even huffs at you over the phone and places you back on hold. This place has gone downhill.

        Ive Ben under Dr. Balls treatment for a swallowing disorder for the past 10 years. Hes a great doctor that has preformed 2 day surgeries for me and I highly recommend Dr. Ball for all gastro or digestive issues.
