Can't say anything but this man knows what he's doing! Wasn't able to be there for my mom's surgery, but he did awesome and my mom and dad were very impressed!

At the beginning of my last visit with Dr. Kaplan, I thought he was too busy to see me. He even said that he didnt know if he could help me. However, the next day he called me and discussed my situation more. He was really trying to help me and made me feel much better. He has always been very helpful and kind and has made feel comfortable and confident that he would do what ever he could! I have had this physical situation for a long time and I have always felt that if something could be done , he would do it! I would recommend him for I believe he is the best!

Dr. Kaplan is very attentive and, after a procedure, was able to quickly diagnose an issue that no one else had. I see him annually and have no trouble booking an appointment. Would recommend him for sure.

I waited AT LEAST 5 MONTHS to see Dr Brian Kaplan for some serious issues I have. Late the afternoon before I was to see him the next day at 4 pm, I was diagnosed with Shingles. I called Kaplans office first thing the next morning to tell them and to cancel because I was contagious. She asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I asked if there was any way to get something relatively sooner since I wasnt doing this for any reason other than to avoid exposing them. She suggested I call Kaplans assistant Maria and gave me her direct #. I called and left vms 2 times that day explaining the situation and when I didnt get a return call, left ANOTHER vm the next day. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HER. Today I received a message from their office saying I was a no show and it said that the writer had specifically disallowed a reply. TERRIBLE SERVICE (or lack thereof) and incredibly RUDE in their handling of the situation - ESPECIALLY SINCE IT WAS THEIR FAULT! Ill tell the provider who referred me so she wont refer any else to them and find a doctor who handles their patients with class and care. AWFUL TERRIBLE HORRIBLE OFFICE!
