I Cant BUY Help! Dr Shah did not take the time to respond to my concerns and even though I've had diarrhea since 02/01/2024 he told me he wanted to see me in a month. Make it make sense? Since then Ive been to ER and my PCP, who referred me back to my Gastro I spoke to his office and explained how ridiculous it was for me to have to wait another month with the diarrhea. She said she would call the Dr and call me right after talking to him. That was a week ago and no response so I requested my medical records so I can go see someone who really cares about their patients.

Really bad customer service. From customer service to the help. They take no importance on calls. Have a procedure in less than 48 hours and get any staff to return my phone calls. And customer service could care less. No urgency, only thing they say is you have to wait. Would not recommend this location

I spoke to Lupita in the office and explained how ridiculous it was for me to have to wait another month with the diarrhea. She said she would call the Dr and call me right after talking to him. That was a week ago and no response so I requested my medical records so I can go see someone who really cares about their patients.
