Dr. Vijaya L. Kaila, MD

Went to Dr. Kaila and explained my situation. Everyone convinced me that I need to do something. She suggested I have upper Endoscopy. First I was told to arrive at 4:30 and I still have the recording. Got there, they were closed. I called number on door and they said they open at 6:00. I got there at 6:00 and got screamed at. She said no one said 4:30 even though it is recorded. I got procedure. I was told I have a slight infection. I’m following instructions and taking medicine. Today when I felt very sick and called to ask if Dr. Kaila could call something in for nausea. I was basically dismissed and told I need to make an appointment for results of biopsy. It’s not first time they were rude. I finally said I guess I will need to call another Dr. If I want something for nausea. She said nothing. I said I can’t make an appointment because I’m sick. Then I said why don’t you have Dr. Kaila call me if I have cancer. I finally had enough. Now that word cancer is in my mind. Is it wrong to ask a GI Dr. For something for nausea. I went there for my stomach. I’m obviously suffering. Is someone upset with me or do they treat everyone that way. Now I’m nervous about results and sick.
