        This doctor is the rudest doctor I have ever seen and Ive seen plenty. She doesnt have any manners when it comes to communicating and I assume she doesnt have time to do that even though you have an appointment. Never have I ever experienced such disrespect from a professional ! Good riddance!

        The entire consult experience was outstanding. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice, friendly and professional. Dr. Rao was very informative and explained everything. She answered all questions and provided lot's of information.

        Ive been going to Dr. Rao for many years for Crohns disease. She cares about me as a person and a patient and makes sure I do what Im supposed to do to stay healthy! Awesome care when really sick!
