I have been working with Dr. Ramesh's team for years. They have tons of experiences in this specialty area and really care about their patients. I trust them for my family member. So naturally, when my mom needs a colonoscopy, I went to Dr. Ramesh. He was able to squeeze my mom in and did an excellent job!!! Thank you, Dr. Ramesh!!!

I like Dr. Dominguez but his assistant is bad. She takes a lot of time to reply calls or messages, besides she sent twice the incorrect paper work to the pharmacies and that caused a delay on my getting me the treatment. Certainly they do need do something to have a better service.

This clinic is ran terribly. The first time I visited, I was waiting 90 minutes after my appointment time to be seen by the doctor. After this, I had to call several times to follow up and get them to file my prescription. You would assume that they would have filed it almost 48 hours after the appointment. Second time round, I was seen efficiently but same again with the prescription. Had to call multiple times 24 hours later. The medical assistants are never available, nor do they call back. In addition, front desk were talking about other patients negatively in front of the whole waiting room whilst they were on hold. Its worth noting that both times I have been in the clinic, there have been several other customers complaining at the front desk about something that has happened, so this speaks volumes. The doctor was fine, but I would avoid at all costs.

Had referral. Only way to request appointment is to fill out 7 pages and wait 3-5 days. 14th days later I had to call and wait on hold to find out they did not take my insurance and was quickly dismissed without appology. That's fine, but could they have notified me??
