My complain is not about Dr. Barroso. My complain is about his staff and the financial/bill department. The lady in the front desk is rude. When I asked her about the amount I was being charged with she answered in a very rude manner saying talk directly to the bill department. I dont know anything about it and cut me off. Then I have been waiting for a whole month to see my bill posted. Why is taking so long? No answers. I emailed the financial department and they are like machines repeating the same statement: look at the back side of your insurance card. There youll see the copay amounts. Im am very well informed about how much should I pay in every doctor visit. I have read my befits and talk to my insurance as well. But my two main concerns havent been addressed: 1. Why the bill has not been posted, 2. Why Dr Barrosos office charged me with $60 instead of $40 which is the copay according to my insurance (if the doctor is in Maximum savings tier and the day of my appointment he was according to AETNA app and website). So the customer, financial and bill services are very poor here. They are interested in explaining nothing or giving you answers. They should honor Dr Barrosos name and efforts for taking care of his patients, however, theyre clearly going in a very opposite way. Edit: Finally, the insurance received the bill from this doctor. Effectively, Dr Barrosos office charge me wrongly. The insurance sent me a check with my money back.

Dr Barroso is the kindest, most compassionate doctor that I go to. And with my medical diseases, I see and have seen dozens of doctors.
