        The staff the horrible and the management, Dr. yang is a sweet heart and he keep it real with me , I respect and love this doctor, but every since ms.Sha left that staff is making it bad.the lady in front is rude, the one checks your vitals is unprofessional.

        No one picks up the phone most of the time! they said they were busy on calling insurance, so I have to leave voice message and they will check it once they are available. Actually, I left voice message already, and they just ignored it. Busy is always a good excuse. Btw, you think you make an appointment with Dr. Yang, but you will actually make appointment with seeing a nurse instead. Not sure if that is legal, because theres no notification in advanced. It seems like a trap.
