Incredibly disappointing care from this facility. We are particularly dissatisfied with Dr. Shah, who has a very callous bedside manner and a superior attitude. We met with him more than once and this was a consistent pattern with his behavior and demeanor. He continually interrupted each individual in the room immediately after asking a question and repeatedly dismissed our concerns and questions. He has extremely poor interpersonal communication skills that completely destroy any rapport he could have hoped to build with his patients, who he is supposed to be serving. This behavior might have been somewhat tolerable if he were able to provide at least decent levels of medical care. Unfortunately, this was not our experience. His ego apparently prevents him from being able to admit when he does not fully understand a patient's case, and his assessment of our situation was shown to be wildly incorrect following our pursuit of a second opinion. He becomes very defensive when asked about any other possible explanations for a patient's symptoms. This behavior is NOT appropriate for a medical provider. We also experienced highly disappointing care on the administrative end, including billing policies designed to take advantage of patients. Dr. Shah and this entire institution need to remind themselves that they chose to work in the service of their patients. Nobody is forcing Dr. Shah to work in a patient-facing role, and if he dislikes working with patients as much as his attitude suggests, he would do well to move to a non-patient-facing position. It is unacceptable for a medical institution to provide such poor quality of care.

Every one was very courteous. Even helping me to get my medication. The Doctor J Shah showed compassion and kindness
