I was coming here to leave a bad review because the chubby old dude is really disrespectful. After reading other reviews, it looks like being rude is their signature service.I left 2 stars because it's a convenient location to get gas.

Price gouging almost a whole $1 more expensive even the nearby Chevron. Both are price gouging!!!!

Very unprofessional, very rude manager/owner, I have been going to this gas station for 10 years because it is very close to my house, I wanted to fix my tire, he wanted to charge me$35 , I told him I always fix it for $20 or $25, he said he has never done that price and he had come there every day!!! In 10!years that was the first time I have ever seen him, actually I had never seen the same people there often

BE AWARE. VERY inappropriate & unprofessional ownership. The undercarriage under my car was missing two bolts and hanging a bit. I went there and asked a service tech if he could screw them in. He then referred me to the owner and he proceeded to say that he was going to charge me a half of hour for labor which will be $60 in a rude manner.I left and went to another Shell service station 9503 Westheimer Rd. The team was 100% professional and friendly. Although they were a bit busy they still managed to get my BMW pulled in a timely manner. Screwed the undercarriage on in 10 minutes and only charged me $20.I will be doing future business with them and recommend them to any body in this area seeking car care! Do not waste your time going here.
