        The guy at receiver is so rude looks like he is manager or something. I went there on Monday deliver the load . On my paperwork says 8 am to 11am. He said so rudely about about broker does not make any appointment. I said okay then tell me what I need to do? Then other employee came he got my paperwork and he gave me door for unloading . The stupid came again and start yelling. But this time I don't having it. So I yelled at him so loudly even forklift guy get him in apologize for his actions. They don't speak English. They think they speak but you don't s.... from it. So rude management staff. I
