I never make reviews... but I will for Sosa Hardwood Floor! So here is my experience with this 3 day project! I'm the type of person who will get a quote 15 different people, analyze thier work, and look for a deal. Well, I definitely found that with Sosa Flooring. They are a Wife and Husband duo, which I respect about them. Wife, Adriana crunches the numbers and Husband comes out with crew. Price: From the start their sq ft price was the best for my carpet removal and luxury floor install. This price beat most especially with base board installation being included and trash removal. Material: Adriana worked closely with LL Flooring to get me a discount deal. Sent me a screen shot of a quote straight from the store. When I went to LL Flooring in League City, Berto greeted me. I told him I was picking out my floor with my contractor Sosa and he had nothing but good things to say about him. That was very reassuring. It was not stressful at all because Adriana already had the matieral quote laid out according to the measurements. Delivery: I wanted my floor done asap. Of course the floor I selected was sold out in the Houston area. LL Flooring was ready to have it shipped but it would take time to get her. Adriana and her husband literally drove ALL THE WAY to College Station and San Antonio to get my material. They only asked for gas money. Come on yall that is some great service! Family Friendly: Originally I wanted to uplift my current hardwoods to replace with the luxury vinyl. That is the only way I thought it was possible. But Sosa flooring gave me the option to put over my existing flooring since they were in good condition and leveled. This saved me not only money but kept my newborn from having to breath all that dust. Work Space: They made sure to keep the material organized in the garage and tools as well. When done for the day All tools were put up in the garage and organized in a small section. Cuts were made outside, even with the cold weather. It was nice to pull my vehicle in the garage after they were done for the day. Quality: These floors were put in extremely well. The vinyl planks are locked in so well. The base board installation is smooth and the caulking lines are clean and straight. I even had my dad come out who has been a construction manager for 15+ years approve and impressed of the quality. Lunch Break: I've had other contractors go on lunch break and take hours. Not Sosa Flooring, they worked long hours even until 1-2, take a quick lunch break, then come back at it. They were determined to make sure they werke efficient with your scheduled time. Clean Up: I have done my share of hiring to remodel and will say remodeling can be messy. This crew made sure to sweep and vacuum while doing the job. Trash was continually hauled out of my home throughout the remodeling process. They would move the furniture and put back how it was before. A good example was the king size bed. They took it apart and built it back. If you are not convinced to hire them, just keep reading on! Satisfaction Guarantee: I needed a special flex trim on my curved dining room. Sosa flooring removed the old base board, installed vinyl floor, then put the old one back on to make sure it was a safe clean finish. Adriana already put me on schedule for when the new base board arrives. They take pride in their work! Future Investments: I'm currently getting their quote to move to the next project, our stairs. Then when the time is right we will be using them for our 2nd story floors. I would definitely recommend Sosa Flooring to my family and friends! So yeah...they are pretty awesome.
