Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I arrived a 9:15. p.m. waited in a line where I ordered at 9:40p.m. Order was a #3 White, Spicy with Red Beans and rice. Drink was a coke light ice. I pay and check the box before I pulled off. Over cooked chicken with a breast with more crust and a little meat. I told the young guy (mgr) he acts as if he fixing the problem. Hands me back the box telling me about he gave me an extra wing. Never once stating he has no breast. I received my drink and side earlier. I apologize for making a fuss but I patiently waited in line. When I got home I realized he had given me a thigh (in which I requested White meat). The young people need to learn what quality and quantity is. Treat a customer how you would like to be treated. Verbalize we don't have and I could have took my business elsewhere. No one likes to get messed over with their hard earned money. Do better.

I USED TO LIKE THIS ONE. The food is really great and the service is sorta there. I MUST REGRETFULLY announce that on more than one occasion ,well most all the time, my order has something missing or just not exactly what I ordered. I hope they can change that.

We love that chicken but the drive thru service is the worst at any Popeyes. They take FOREVER just to take your order. $10 for a 3pc where the wing & leg were Itty bitty chicks.. wow! Refund! Not paying $10 for mini pieces.

Horrible absolutely horrible whole evening shift. Got my order wrong, no sauce in the bag when asked for. I had multiple side orders no fork or any utensils given. Only saw 3 customers there and I wasnt the only one with an incorrect order McDonalds across the street is the way to go

I normally don't leave reviews, but this is the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. A line with only two cars in front of me took 30 minutes just for me to get to the speaker to order. I then sat at the speaker for another 8 minutes before giving up and leaving, and going to the Popeyes on El Dorado (Which has been awesome in comparison). If you wait long enough they will probably eventually take your order, and then the problem becomes that they will give the wrong food. If you ask for mild tenders like me then make sure to double check that they're mild, because they won't hesitate to throw a few spicy ones in there if they run out of mild already cooked. On top of that even if they do get your order correct there is still a good chance that they gave you one or two less pieces than you ordered, or that your food won't be hot. The only way to avoid the super long wait is to go inside the building (assuming they have their dining room open at that time), but this typically will only shorten the wait and not affect any of the other issues. I strongly suggest if you want Popeyes DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! Instead I highly recommend the one on El Dorado near the home depot.
