Dr. Oscar De Valle

My doctor for me and my family for more than 30 years and no problems, everything is fine. I like his attitude and he is more than a good doctor. The only thing that mortifies me is the person who should answer the phone, he never answers me and when he answers he doesn't. He did it in a good way. I think maybe he has a lot of people and maybe that's why he answers so abruptly

The dr is wonderful!!! But unfortunately it has the worst staff, poorly educated, insensitive pedants and with very, very little professionalism, they should know that they deal with human beings and also sick people, which is why it makes them much more vulnerable and in need of empathy and consideration. I suggest Mrs. change of personnel or send them to take human relations courses
