        You know I really don't understand how this doctor is even still in business! Every time I contact this doctor she never wants to keep in contact with her patients and you ask for a call to go over your blood work results and you never hear from her again! Then the referrals she give you are not for a doctor within your insurance and this is a known insurance and it just disgusts me overall the way she operates. She won't see patients un less their vaccinated like are you serious! Ugh worst doctor I have known so far.

        Dr. Jones is rude and hard to contact. When my grandmother's medication ran out it was impossible to get a refill. We tried to contact Dr. Jones multiple times and she did not respond. My grandmother ended up having a stroke, because she didn't get her prescription refilled in time. Dr. Jones often yells at my grandmother during appointments which isn't appropriate.
