Dr Luengas is great. He's one of the most knowledgeable and experienced doctors I've ever been to..... That front office however is another story......they hardly ever return phone calls in a timely manner....and always have people on hold for the longest time

Dr. Luengas has been my doctor for two years now and I appreciate his knowledge, patience, professionalism and care. He doesn't treat you like if you were just patient X, you can tell he is sincere and wants to make sure you leave with no questions. He explains everything in words you'll understand and the reason behind your symptoms/procedures to be done. Scheduling is easy and check in is fast, the office is clean and well maintained, parking is easy and free. (Always nice when you don't have to pay for parking) Absolutely recommend Dr. Luengas.

Not a bad doctor just poor front office. Consistently had issues with them giving me inaccurate information. Just didnt feel like they cared at all. Forced to find a new doctor.

Dr. Luengas has been my doctor for the last six or seven years. He has been the most compassionate, warm, and above all listening, Dr. I have ever run across. He sincerely cares about what his patients are feeling and what they are experiencing so that he can do his very best to address the concerns. He is not one to push anything on someone. He is very knowledgeable, but he doesnt push products - offer new types, etc. He will ask if your current meds are still working. If you are a patient, I highly recommend that you do a bit of a research for whatever medical concern you have, and write down or at least note to yourself some of the remedies/types of prescriptions that might be used to benefit the condition. And if you see anything new on the market, I would bring all of these to Dr. Luengas attention. Share your concern, share what has changed since the last time you met, and then share some of the new potential offerings or medical paths that might be available. He will be able to determine possibly after a bit of research if that might be a good thing to begin to do. Or he will explain why it may or may not interact well with whatever regimen you are already on. Become an advocate for your own issues and become a partner in discovering what works best for you.
