Dr. Pondt is one of one. Having a PCP who really cares and very articulate with her recommendations is a big win for me and my health. She makes me feel safe and affirmed in knowing I am receiving the best care. I always feel supported in any medical decision I have to make and feel like I have all the right information from her and her team to make that decision. On top of her care, her team is always so helpful and pleasant. If they ever have questions about anything, they call before so when I have my appointment, I get to use my time with Dr. Pondt for the reason of my visit and other questions I have. Finding Dr. Pondt and her team in Houston as my PCP team is the gift that keeps giving. I will forever be a patient. Thank you everybody!

Highly recommend Dr. Pondt! She is among the best doctors I've encountered. Minimal wait times, direct and thorough in her approach. Dr. Pondt genuinely cares, attentively listens to concerns, and addresses them effectively. Grateful to have found such a dedicated and caring physician. Grateful to have found a dedicated and caring physician, reminiscent of my previous long-term doctor. A pleasant surprise in a new healthcare experience.

This was an amazing place to work for but since I couldn't do the copays due to me being trained I was more of a medical assistant in the back the other ma had left for vacation and I was going to be alone she let me go I felt sad but good experience and learning new things this was about 2 years ago amazing doctor
