Dr Amy Chen is a very patient, caring and professional doctor. I received all the answers and help from her more than I expected. Their staff are very friendly as well.

I wanted to write a review for Dr. Amy Chen, who has been one of the best doctors I have ever had. I was shocked to see that she only had a 3-star rating when I was looking up her phone number to complete a form. She is the only one who took my blood pressure seriously and followed up with me when I had assignments. When my insurance dropped Kelsey and I was struggling to get my blood pressure regulated, I called her for her feedback, and she walked me through the process. She always pushes me to do what I am supposed to do and congratulates me when everything looks great.

Sadly I had a poor experience... Dr. Chen was very nonreceptive when it came to my concerns about pre-diabetes. I addressed multiple times throughout my visit that I have a very tight schedule due to working and going to school and that is why I set up an appointment to get other routes on weight lose and preventing diabetes in the future. When I stated all that Dr. Chen appeared to give off a "figure it out yourself" in which I was surprised because I have not experienced that kind of care in the medical field. I will not be going back to Dr. Chen and in hopes of finding a doctor that will be more attentive. I really hope she reads her reviews and not turn our opinions negatively and tries to be open to possibly seeing that some of her ways to patient care can be altered.

Dr Chen is absolutely the worst doctor I have ever seen at Kelsey! She does not listen to her patients concerns and has biases and opinions that negatively affect patient care. I have been having menopause symptoms and requested blood testing to check my hormone levels. Initially she told me she was unable to order the blood test, however after I continued to press her she agreed. I dont understand either you are able to or you arent!! Totally dishonest! I also asked her about increasing the dosage on a current prescription. She proceeds to tell me the FDA has not approved the higher dosage. I know for a fact this is untrue as I have done my research! This doctor lies, has no bedside manner and does not have the best interest of her patients in mind.
