I feel compelled to write a bad review bc these doctors will charge you for your free yearly exam results. They wont talk about to with you unless you pay the doctors office visit fee. Just say No to this place forever

Do not recommend. Not going back. I didnt have a pleasant experience. Nurses and front desk were polite but while getting bloodwork, my left hand suffered some nerve damage, my hand still numb after 3 weeks and some movements are very painful. After requesting to speak to doctor and experiencing my concerns to Dr.Jiang, didnt show interest, leaving the room with take Tylenol and okay, cool. Unfortunately, I read all reviews, mostly bad, after my appointment. I havent been the only one going through this bad experience. Find yourself a doctor that cares for your health.

BEWARE they Discriminate on who they take as a Patient !!! When I arrived the receptionist ask for my Insurance card and my ID... Once she realized that I was Transgender she immediately told me that they do not take my Insurance. I told her that Dr. Jiang is listed as a provider, she said no. "we have applied but do not take it". She also told me that my Insurance is affiliated with Kelsey Seybold and not Memorial Herman, Which is totally false. I told her that I specifically asked when making my Appointment 1. Did they take my Insurance. (My Insurance verified that they do) and 2. if this was a transgender friendly office. Which I was assured that it was. I wished they would have been upfront with me in the beginning rather than waste my day. I had a friend call them later that same day and they once again said Yes they take that Insurance plan. I wished I could talk to someone at my Insurance to make a complaint, but all I can do is add another negative review, which I see this office has plenty.
