This review in NO WAY reflects the patient care given by the physicians. This review is in agreement with the previous reviews that were written before me. On November 30thwhile visiting the Red Oak Office, and upon check in, it was shared with me that there was a concern regarding my secondary insurance. Needless to say, the manner in which the administration staff and the office manager handled this encounter was very unprofessional. Their stories varied regarding the validity of my insurance and the reasons as to why they were not utilizing my secondary insurance. Due to the birthday rule, the subscriber on my secondary insurance is under the age of 18. The office manager seemed to have a problem with the subscribers age and chose to NOT bill my secondary insurance, beginning 6 months prior. I was not notified in any way of any concerns regarding this billing issue prior to my follow up appointment on this day. She then refused to allow my child to be seen by the physician, allowing other patients to be seen before him, requesting that I pay the balance, clearly as a result of their own inability to bill properly. This is something that should have been addressed well before my 6-month follow up and not to mention should have been communicated in a more private setting, rather then during registration with an office full of other patients. Her actions were in violation of HIPAA and patient privacy. She had no reason to act on her personal judgement in reference to who the subscriber on the insurance was since this secondary insurance was validated 6 months ago. To sum it up, the office administration staff does not reflect the same respect and consideration that is shown by the physicians. Update: Contacted the individual who responded to my review per her request. I got hung up on 2 times while they attempted to transfer me to her. I then left messages and never received a call back to fix any of the issues. I guess now we can see why the office staff doesn't care anymore than the Office Manager.

Website states they are opened till 5pm. When called around 4pm, got message they are closed. Been playing phone tag with these people for past 3 days. Go to their website, it changes everyday. These people have nothing but idiots working for them. Trying to get medical records and get told first time to come and fill put a request form. Now being told they do not even have them. I would not recommend going to these stupid people.
