Very long wait. At least 1.5 hour wait each time and you see doctor for 5 minutes. When I inquired about rescheduling, receptionist explained, "It is always like this." If this is always an issue, work to change and improve the scheduling system. Patients matter! Also, both times I was here the TV was on a forensic files TV show discussing rape and violent murder. Very inappropriate for a waiting room and for the young children in the room. Very insensitive office.

Was a very nice dr.. had great bed side manners. Explained every thing to my husband before he had rotor cuff surgery did a great job would recommend him

Horrible experience.....Dr. Roberts talked so fast that I have no idea what he was talking about....I felt rushed when he came in to see me. The front staff was rude and never smiled. The entire visit was a big disappointment. After I finish my treatments I will not go back nor will ever recommend to anyone.

This doctor must have missed the "bed side manner" class in med school because he was very short, lacked empathy and didn't bother to tell me that he prescribed antiinflammatory meds for me. It wasn't until I got to the checkout desk that the receptionist told me to take a prescription to "this pharmacy only" because my pharmacy wouldn't have this type of med. That in and of itself sounds fishy. Why would a doctor prescribe antiinflammatory meds and have them filled by a separate facility that doesn't cover insurance? I waited for him in the cramped room for more than 35 minutes. I even fell asleep on the gurney. When he did rush in, he only said ten words to me before exiting the room after 2 minutes. I felt like he was accustomed to dealing with a certain type of clientele that wouldn't ask follow up questions about their care because he appeared to be uncomfortable and get defensive when I asked him about my diagnosis. The least he could do is offer a treatment plan. I shouldn't have to pull it out of him. This guy didn't even introduce himself or bother to shake my hand when he did walk into the room. As a new patient, I am thoroughly disappointed and feel as though I did not get my moneys worth. I will not be back. It is no wonder the front staff is rude. They are a reflection of their boss. Sad.
