Love everyone that sees my son. I really like that I can go to any location and take my son in days he is sick. He has been coming here for the past year, I had taken him to other pediatricians in other places but I fell in love how they treat my son & I here at Bootin & Savrick pediatric.

I been taking my daughter to Dr. Saverick since birth she is 4 now they are polite and really try to help their patients and parents.

Facility and doctors are nice but the administration side is just flawed. If you give someone an appointment time then we expect to be seen by doctor at that time. We do not have to wait another 50 minutes to an hour extra to see the doctor, specially with children involved. Whats the purpose of even having us wait an hour? Might as well give us a later appointment time to come by.

Disclaimer: this is the first time ever I'm leaving a negative review. My son had an ear infection and went in to see the doctor on Monday, we always tried to see Dr. Savrick but we understand she's only available on certain days. Last night he had an allergic reaction and we thought it's either the antibiotics or the little piece of fish cake we gave him. The nurse that I spoke to this morning only asked me to send some pictures so she can show the doctor. She then called me back saying the doc switched the antibiotics, she's sending it to the same pharmacy, I can go pick it up and maybe that will help. (Maybe she's in a bad mood? Didn't relay what I said to the doc? Felt like she just dgaf) 3 hours later I showed up at the pharmacy, they didn't received anything electronically. I called and the front desk lady said she didn't see anything in their system either. Are you kidding me? Your incompetence has costed me an extra hour on my tight schedule. (Also thanks to the friendly staff at pharmacy that had me waited multiple 15 mins because they are trying to accommodate me in). Overall, there was no "Come see us in 7 or 10 days and we will check if the ear infection is gone". Or "It might be due to something he ate coz it's been 3 days since he's taking Amoxycillin." The care that was given was simply not enough. We didn't choose to drive half an hour every time to receive such subpar and incompetent service. To those reading this searching for a new Pediatrician, if you can always see Dr. Savrick, go for it. Otherwise don't waste your time. Don't even think about getting helpful advises from the nurse or doctor if you call in, that's never going to happen. Rest assured we will not be back after being a patient for almost 9 months.
