Dr. Duke is knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. She explains things in language a person can understand. Her manner is kind and caring. Excellent doctor.

I can heartily recommend Dr. Duke for any of your skincare needs. I was going to another dermatologist - I needed some moles looked at. He froze them off and told me to come back so he could check the spots. One spot kept coming back but he told me it was nothing and not to worry. He suggested laser treatments for my face to get rid of some dark spots. Another doctor in the practice did the laser treatments. She didnt think my spot was anything to worry about either. Then I got hives! Terrible hives! The doctor gave me some topical ointments that didnt work. When I went back to see him, he just gave me a bigger tub of the same ointment. Frustrated by the experience and still having hives, I asked my family doctor to recommend a dermatologist. She sent me to Dr. Duke. Dr. Duke was extremely knowledgeable about the hives. She recommended a course of treatment that finally got rid of the hives. She also recommended a biopsy on the small spot that wouldnt go away. It was cancer. The first dermatologist dismissed the cancerous spot for 6 months. Dr. Duke recognized it quickly and acted quickly. Now the cancer is gone and the hives too. Dr. Duke is knowledgeable and compassionate. She sympathized about the hives and treated it perfectly! She actually wants to know about your general health and which guides her diagnosis. She is the best dermatologist in Houston, in my experience and one of the best doctors in general that I have found. Shes fabulous: professional, efficient, knowledgeable and diligent. You will be well served to see her for yourself.
