Vincent Newman Therapy

After scheduling & visiting with the Dr., I was persistent on how to go about filing on my second insurance, for testing. They stopped all communication with me. I stated in the beginning that my situation was critical & requires immediate action. It appears that because I was asking them to do what they adamantly were NOT going to do, Ive been shunned. I had to call from my work phone today to even get an answer. Prior to this, Im receiving text messages, return calls, etc. All they had to say was we no longer wish to do business with you. Instead, they take the unprofessional approach & continue to allow me to call, but dont answer my calls or texts. I do not have the time, efforts, or energy for this nonsense. I couldve been searching for a new Dr. 2 weeks ago. If they wouldve been professional enough to say from the beginning when I emailed the cards over to them that they dont accept double insurance. But, they checked both insurances. Some things just dont make ANY sense. Then....he wrote his own review & gave himself 5 stars, after a negative review was posted. WOW!

Whoever schedules his appointments is rude rude rude!!! She had an attitude the first time I spoke with her when I questioned why she needed my insurance info when it was a free session through my employer. She basically told me if I didnt like it I could go elsewhere. She later said she had been calling and leaving messages to schedule an appointment when she def did not! When I called her out she told me to go else where... that was already the plan but I guess thats how they treat people who are suffering from mental illness.... terrible! Shes probably his wife thats why she thinks she can talk to people however she wants! I dont even need a free session! I guess you get what you pay for?
