Medcare Clinics-Dr Arene

Dr. Arene has made an extremely difficult time manageable. We are lucky to have met her through another provider and have been greatly helped by her guidance and support. Staff was friendly and super responsive even on a holiday weekend.

My regular doctors office was taken over by Village Medical. I did not like the corporate changes. Dr. Arene has been my best friends doctor for years, and came highly recommended. Im glad I finally made the switch. Dr. Arene, and her staff, are wonderful!

Ive been a patient for a few years and have only seen Dr. Arene once. She was pleasant but her office staff are rude, unprofessional and for this reason I will find another provider. They have no compassion for patients. Being in an executive position in the healthcare industry it saddens me that people arent treated like people with this clinic. I rarely post reviews however, with mental health and awareness becoming an important aspect of overall health I want those that have the courage to take that step and acknowledge they need help to have the best experience. Its important for me to share my experience and this is not the place for you. I work with a network of physicians, nurses, exec.leaders and I will not refer this clinic to anyone. Dr. Arene I would highly recommend you spend more time in your office monitoring day to day operations. Your team is ruining your reputation.

My 8 y/o son was a patient here from 9/2022 until 2/2023. He went in person for evaluation in office ONCE and he saw Dr. Arene ONCE and 2 other NPs (all via televisit). Apparently if you no call/no show or R/S on the same day of your appointment 2 times they will terminate you as a patient indefinitely. I had a televisit for my son on 2/17/23 and the NP never mentioned that would be her last visit with my son. Instead, they sent a letter of termination on 2/20/23. No warning was sent prior. I work in the healthcare field and this was the most inappropriate way of handling this situation. I would NOT recommend!
