Front staff is pretty curt, if not downright rude, sometimes, and kind of unique (I love when I walk in and they are yelling back and forth at the top of their lungs), and while Dr. Donskaya has always spent time listening, I feel that she switches medication too quickly and puts you on too much. She is also almost always late, sometimes as much as a half an hour!

This office is ridiculously unorganized and cannot seem to process claims/payments correctly. I have been trying to get a refund from them for 8 months now and they have refused to give it to me, even though my insurance company (who they are contracted in network with) and my EOB states I owe less than what they already collected from me. The insurance company has already paid their portion and I have already paid more than my portion. I called them with the insurance company on the line so that they could help me make them understand what was really going on and they refused to look at the facts, refused to give me a refund, and refused to speak about the situation stating we have patients that we need to take payment from and process claims for, I cannot deal with this on a Friday, you need to call back on a Wednesday; I have a job to do right now. AS IF IT WASNT HER JOB TO DEAL WITH THE INCORRECT BILLING OF HER OWN OFFICE. When I let her know that we were patients too and reiterated that I previously called on a Wednesday and they were not able to help that day either, she hung up on us!! The way they have handled this situation is absolutely unacceptable. Every time Ive tried to call them for the last 8 months they have said that they will have to call me back. Then when they call me back they say that my insurance says something different and therefore cannot give me the refund back. And when I get the insurance on the phone with them they just refuse to talk to us. I would not recommend this office simply because of the way they do business. And if you choose to do business with them, I hope you dont overpay cause they are super shady. Trying to get your refund back is proving to be a long drawn out process; even when you have the insurance on the line with you and an EOB for them to lay eyes on!!!

I am surprised at the number of negative reviews. I found her to be of huge value to my son whos nearly 12yo and has autism and anxiety disorder. This Doctor has an accent of some kind, which indicates a different cultural upbringing than those of many American patients. She is direct and to the point. She tells you exactly what she thinks. She will not be drawn in to any counseling and therefore directs you to the appropriate service for that. Personally I prefer to know exactly the facts, and so I value her forthright manner. Dont go if youre overly sensitive and need lots of comforting reassurance! You will be next in line to leave a bad review. Do go if you value a fast efficient diagnosis and effective treatment plan for yourself or those you love. You wont be disappointed.

I've been seeing Dr Donskaya for about 6 months now and she's always extremely pleasant and actually listens to me, I've had a really great experience here and am glad I found her. I've come across a lot of terrible doctors as well as a few gems over the years, it's hard to find a dr that takes you seriously especially as a younger woman. Ive never once felt pushed around or dismissed here, she always listens to my concerns and addresses them without bias or making me feel bad. I've improved tremendously and am able to actually function normally which has been an absolute blessing. I couldn't recommend her more! The negative reviews saying shes a pill pusher are childish . She is a psychiatrist... she is not here to repair your marriage or vacuum your floors.... her job is to prescribe and manage medications to help her patients and she does a dang good job!
