I took my wife to her office for a very severe migraine headache after we joined the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. We have to wait almost two hours before she can see my wife even we have an appointment. The nurse is very rude and could not open her mouth to talk in English. I tried to explain my wife's migraine problem in English to the nurse but she could not understand anything. The nurse seems not to care, and did not know how to talk to us. When the doctor shows up, we have to go over everything again. She did not write anything down. She gave my wife one steroid shot and pain killer medication, but it never worked after my wife took the medication for almost a week. I called back and wanted to see the doctor, the same quite nurse just told us to take my wife to the emergency room without reexamine my wife.
