    This clinic is very unprofessional and rude! Horrible customer service and i cant imagine the healthcare service they provide after this encounter. I scheduled an appointment but had to cancel 2 days prior and I am being charged even though i was never provided with any type of care . They just want the money . whoever is in charge of their emails has been blaming me and telling me that i neglect my health You ignore everything about your health and blame healthcare providers and saying its my fault they didnt see anyone for that hour. They said We didnt see any patient at the assigned time because you felt it was your right to do as you choose when other sick patients could have this was verbatim what they wrote to me. i cancelled and i gave them 2 days in advance , therefore scheduling should not have been an issue. I too work in the healthcare industry so i know what they can and cant do. It is ridiculous that this clinic is charging patients even though they have never treated them. They are harassing me via emails now and they have sent three emails back to back within the past hour trying to justify themselves. Not once have they apologized nor acknowledged my point of view as the patient. I will find the appropriate jurisdiction/board to report this clinic .

    I had an unexpected worst experience today. I've no complaints though about the Dr. Clara but her staff needs to be really well trained in terms of etiquette. They scheduled me last week for today after confirming my insurance , d/o/b and all the paperwork. I received a call for confirmation of appointment in the morning stating that I've to change my PCP to Dr clara as I had a new insurance and has a different pcp mentioned on my insurance card. When I called my insurance company to change PCP , to my surprise, I was informed that Dr. Clara doesn't come in network. I tried to reach out to Dr. Clara 's clinic and after several times finally got a hold of a very rude lady. ( unexpectedly as Dr herself is very nice) . I explained her everything and requested her if she Could please verify that the insurance is accepted since i was scheduled for today. She had no information at all about the insurance . All that she kept on saying if the insurance said NO then it means NO. Repeated same lines over and over with a very harsh tone. . I explained her many times that I was scheduled with you for today after confirming all the info. and ive been seeing by dr. Clara for a long time. I kept on requesting that Could you please check. She seemed so frustrated and aggravated. She put me on hold for 20 minutes then came back and said , you are not on scheduled for today and we don't accept your insurance.You can go and find another provider. I knew and realized that she had no knowledge of insurances and it was difficult for her to admit which finally became the cause of her frustration as well. I highly advise that if you do not know the nature of work you are doing then please don't do it. Do what you know you can. Your words and tone will soon take away all the patients from Dr. Clara . Being nice and kind to patients should be your priority not a paystub only.

    This has to be the worst primary car physicians Ive ever encountered. I worked in healthcare for 20 years and never have I had to deal with a doctor that was so uncaring. I had a situation where I thought I might be dealing with cancer. This lady wouldnt even get me a referral to see a specialist. She really acted like it wasnt a big deal for her. Thank God it wasnt cancer but that didnt take away the fact that it was a scary situation for my family and I and she acted like it was another day. I suffer from chronic daily migraines. Ive needed to see a neurologist for some time but this lady works not get me a referral. She told me to find a doctor and let her know the information. Umm excuse me thats what your staff is for. Im also disabled. She finally refers me to someone and for whatever reason they were having issues with their fax machine and couldnt receive my referral from her. Do you know this lady told me she was not going to attempt to re-fax me referral and she sent me a copy. I was livid. I finally contacted the neurologist directly. Come to find out I didnt even need a referral. She went back and forth with me over text. Talking smart and all that but she got the right one. Im reporting her to the board. She is ridiculous. If Im the patient and I have concerns they should be your concerns as well. You dont try to make your patients feel like they are a problem for you. Youre supposed to be there to help with understanding the situation and making the patient feel as comfortable as you can get them with their given situation. I dont know who allowed her to become a provider. She didnt provide acting but a headache. This is only 2 of the 4 incidents one had with this woman not wanting to do get job. And dont make an appointment to be seen in clinic. They treat that like a walk in clinic. I had an appointment, arrived on time, they attempted to room a patient whos appointment was an hour after mine but she was there before me. WHAT!!! If I was late I could see them moving on to the next appointment but I wasnt. I had to complain about that. Just an awful experience over 2 years. She didnt care about you. She just wants that check.

If you contacted your insurance prior to scheduling the appointment and they told you that we were in network with your insurance, please ask your insurance representative to contact us and we can get this resolved.
