Dr. Ling had a busy schedule with lots of patients but still took her time with me and explain in detail my eye exam. Very kind and good doctor to patient manner skills.

UPDATE: I am changing my review from one to three stars to reflect on how their financial department handled the situation. My complaint about the billing practice was revised in one business day, so the clinic adjusted the final bill and waived the additional charge. Still, I suggest to be very careful with the out of pocket estimates, and double check your potential responsibility, especially if you are on a HDHP. Warning! Stay away from this place unless you have a ton of cash to throw for no service. I brought my wife to see a physician a few weeks ago because she was struggling with severe anemia symptoms. The first warning sign was that they had so many open appointment slots. But the issue was quite urgent, and we decided to give it a shot. The second surprise was an out-of-pocket payment of 262 dollars. We have an HDHP plan, so I am used to higher co-pays, but $262!!! to see a physician, seriously??? Ok, I considered that the dr. she was about to see had a few decades of experience. The visit itself was kind of a joke as well. He just asked a few generic questions, no exams whatsoever. All we heard after he looked at the lab tests: "You are healthy, just take some iron supplements" No prescription, no advice on dosage, or a supplement she has to take. We left the place astonished by the quality of the service we just received, but decided to just forget about it. But the whole reason I am posting this review is to warn everyone who cares about their wallet and does not have fancy insurance that covers the ridiculous amounts they charge for a barely useful "Service." Two days ago, they sent me a message stating that I have an outstanding balance! Guess the total amount we owe for a useless visit is now 400 dollars! To summarize: a. They charge 600 dollars to see a physician with a worthless result b. They have no idea if your insurance will cover their insane price c. Be prepared to pay a fortune for nothing if, for some reason, you stop by this parody of a medical institution.
