Urgen care is really slow we been waiting for 7 months old baby to get check up at the urgen we been here for 6 hours after 7 hours we got check up just to the doctor say its a virus no meditation given

The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is you gotta pay for valet even if it's an emergency. Besides that the ER staff are beyond wonderful. Nurse Bianca (didn't catch her last name) is the sweetest human that works there. She even remembered my daughter from prior ER visits.
