Dr Victor Van Phan is amazing, I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is an excellent orthopedic surgeon who did my knee replacemnt. I am better that 100% after my knee replacement!!!

I have worked with Dr. Phan in the operating room and he is the most disrespectful doctor I have came across. He expects major hip surgeries to be done in 15 minutes. That is down right ridiculous and I often wonder how the patient does after because that is not enough time to fix major damage. Please patients be a aware of this physician.

My husband saw Dr.Victor Van Phan for his shoulders, we learned that he needs shoulder replacement on both shoulders but unfortunately Dr Phan doesn't do shoulder replacement. He gave options, explained all and let us make the decision. I highly recommend him, very professional, clearly explained all possibilities, and left to us to decide. Thank you Dr.Phan

This happened back in 2020. Broke my left leg tib and fib and was sent to Dr Phan by memorial Herman. He did not perform surgery on me because I did not have the funds or insurance, so instead of referring me to a place that can help he had me just continue making follow up appointments and slowly took my money. He didn't offer doing a payment plan and honestly with an injury as big as that, if I didn't change doctors I probably would still be learning to walk. The bone did not heal properly the whole time I was under his care and his response was always "make a follow up appt" "maybe you need a wheelchair since you don't know how to use crutches". WELL DUH. A person is not meant to be using crutches. This was my first time breaking a bone and doing this process and I was very naive with no help from a DOCTOR. Instead of helping me get out of crutches he wants to put you in a wheelchair. He belittles you and his staff. The ladies were extremely nice but he treats them badly. Do not recommend this place. Instead I recommend Dr Laura Torres in Pearland. Worth the drive she is caring and listens to you and did an excellent job on my leg.
