N. Eddie Liou, MD - Baylor College of Medicine Otolaryngology

I've been dealing with severe health issues that are very complex. I told Dr.Liou I wasn't getting the help I needed as I have ENT, autoimmune, thyroid, and pituitary issues. He ordered several tests for me and sent in referrals to the best specialists within Baylor College of Medicine. His assistant communicated with me through mychart very well. 10/10.

Dr. Liou performed a parathyroidectomy on me in August. He was very informative and made me feel comfortable during my initial appointment. He made sure to come and check on me and talk before my surgery. During the surgery, he and his team kept my parents informed until they were able to meet up with me again. He just removed my stitches, which was a quick and painless process as well! My incision has healed nicely, and I have experienced minimal pain that was exactly what he told us to expect. Dr. Lious office staff was highly communicative and worked hard to get my appointments scheduled quickly. They were even able to make sure I had the procedure before my insurance cycled which was a huge deal! I very strongly recommend Dr. Liou for anyone needing a personable and enjoyable experience!
