The billing department here is a joke and has been a complete nightmare! They billed my wife $600+ and each visit has resulted in additional charges. When we talk to insurance, they tell us the doctor's office is submitting it incorrectly. The billing department refuses to answer their phones or respond to emails or voice mails. We will not be returning and recommend that you don't go if you want to save yourselves a massive headache.

While Dr Reiter is indeed a very talented and experienced in his field, I wish I have never again have to deal with his office. It is impossible to get your call answered, scheduling is a mess, and I am happy that Dr. Reiter, however good he is, not the only great ObGyn in Houston.

I got the referral from dr La for pregnancy ultrasound, the waiting time was ridiculous long, i was waiting for 1 hour and 50 minutes and still in the waiting room. I got up and ask them, they said they will get me in about 30-45 more minutes. I went head and canceled, then they had trouble to refund my money and told me continue to waiting. I would not recommend this place and I wish I could give this place zero star.

We have experienced excellent care under Dr. Reiter and his staff! The ultrasound room is very relaxing and calming, especially at a time when you are being referred to a specialist because you may be at high risk. Dr. Reiter explained to us our results and took the time to answer all our questions. Highly recommended! I scheduled my next follow-up appointment with no problems. Dr. Reiter was recommended to me by my OBGYN, Dr. Schroeder. They both are responsible for saving my twins lives. At only 4.5 months pregnant I experienced an incompetent cervix and Baby As head was already down which caused massive trouble. Upon visiting with another Perinatal Physician we were advised that it is far too risky to place a cerclage after 19 weeks with twins, and that they would recommend other methods that stood a very slim chance of keeping my babies inside until we reached a viable term. As you would imagine, my husband and I became completely distraught after receiving this news. Dr. Schroeder reassures is that if procedure could in fact be done, she knew just the Physician who could/would do it. After placing a phone call to get an appt, I was met with some saddening news that Dr. Reiter was booked fir the next 4 months with no availability (I now know why). Dr. Schroeder (shes an angel) called in a favor due to the severity of my circumstances and Dr. Reiter agreed to meet with my and my husband. Thats the day that my life changed forever. Not only did he fit us into his busy schedule, but he did it with compassion and also educated us along the way. He promised me that if I followed his instructions ( meds/bedrest) along with the Cerclage that My babies would at least have a change at viability. AND HE WAS RIGHT! My husband and I welcomed happy and healthy boy/girl twins. This dream would not be a reality without Dr. Reiter and his incredible expertise and willingness to take on difficult circumstances. We are forever grateful to you Dr. Reiter!
