Arrived for a required RDT. One person was signing in at the desk, while another was sitting without a mask in the waiting area. I was told that I needed a mask, even though mask mandates are lifted by law. And since the Hispanic man didnt need a mask, neither did I. Unless Anglos are the only ones that have their policy enforced on.

Lost a job opportunity because of this location. During a pre employment drug test, had 2 different techs smell my urine sample and tell me "it didn't smell enough like urine". They marked it as being tampered with. Most pathetic excuse for a clinic in my opinion I currently work in the medical field and you don't smell samples, whether it's urine or blood. That's completely disgusting, and breaks their policy regarding safety guidelines. I didn't know they train their techs to smell urine and know whether it's actual urine or not, i thought that's what the the lab is for.

I feel harassed coming into this location. The tech for my drug test had me take off my jacket, beanie, raise my pants and also raise my shirt. I have never been treated like this submitting a drug test for a job before. I was dumbfounded so I asked questions as to why have I not been treated like this before by any other Urgent Care Center. Coming out of the test the tech marked my sample as adulteration because of my unusual behavior. If able please go somewhere besides this place.

When there to get my impairment rating.... I got there the front best was fast. I was in there about 45 minutes
