Dr Perry and his staff were very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and in a way that was very understandable. I felt comfortable asking all the questions I had and never felt rushed. I highly recommend this office.

Dr Perry treated me for my horrific headaches with nerve decompression surgery. A wonderful doctor with a caring team, I am finally relieved of my pain. After so many years of misdiagnosis and unnecessary treatments by other doctors, I am truly blessed that Dr Perry came into my life and was properly treated my pain. He is knowledgeable, professional and kind. I am now living a normal, pain free life because of this extraordinary doctor.

I want to start off by saying this, Dr. Perry is wonderful. I really like him.  His office staff is nice, but I really question their scheduling skills, that or Dr. Perry needs help scheduling when he's going to be off.  Pretty much every appt I've had, has been rescheduled months down the line. The date they give me as I walk out the door is NEVER the date you actually will go.  My current appt has been rescheduled TWICE. They claim he won't be in the office every single time.  Only one time I've kept an appt and that was because I threw a fit.  I don't want to have to do that.  So either I need to find a new doctor that's going to be there or his staff (and him) need to get on the ball.  It doesn't just affect them or even me when they do this.  It affects my boss, co worker, the person going with me, and the person that's going to be staying with my child.  I'm tired of this!  I drive 3 or 4 hrs to my appt, it's not like I live right there in Houston.  Again, I really like Dr. Perry.

Let me just say that Dr. Perry and his nurse Kelly are awesome!They took such great care of my husband before, during and after his surgery. It was by far the best surgery experience I've ever had as the spouse.He was not having a cosmetic procedure, but rather a procedure for his headaches. Dr. Perry has a great informational slide presentation he showed us and answered all our questions.Kelly made herself available to us on the weekend and whenever we needed her via phone. She came in on a Saturday to refill his pain-pump. Now where else would someone do that for you? NOWHERE!My husband is currently 5 days post-op and the scar looks great. Dr. Perry has great skills in stitching, I venture to say you will never see the scar in his head after a few months because it is stitched so perfectly.The only reason I knocked off a star is because the front desk is frustrating to say the least. They are understaffed. The answering services answers more times than not and phone calls are not returned when they are promised. But once you get in and get your care, Dr. Perry and Kelly make you forget how mad you are at the front desk.
