This is my second time coming to this location on Tuesday. They are supposed to be open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. And their walk ins are from 2pm -5pm. This is my second time taking off work to make it to the walk in. And they were closed on both days for training. I don't understand why they can't have the training on another day or say that they're closed on Google. I have been needing to get tested for 3 weeks now. And the free std testing would have really helped me. But it's been 3 weeks now and I will have no choice but to pay for the testing at a different center. Really have inconvenienced me.

This is for the montrose center. Ive had the unpleasant help of just one practical person which is the person that normally does the HIV testing not just once but several times. Their attitude isnt the best, never really willing to help or answer question that he doesnt do work for. I needed to be retested but he wouldnt help me since I didnt have my ID (I work & normally dont carry anything other than my phone and keys) and i couldnt make my appointment threw the app. Just such an inconvenience to have to wait a longer period to know if Im ok.
