Just ridiculous! He isn't kind at all. But his terrible bedside manner is the least of it. My 19 year old daughter made a regular check up visit so she could continue her birth control. He says he's not renewing it until she sees a gynecologist for a pap so he referred her to a doctor who's office says they don't even perform paps to someone who is 19. How did Dr Tan not know this?! My daughter waited 6 weeks for this appt. What a waste! Needless to say we won't be ever using him again.

I did not have a good experience with this Dr Alvin Tan. See my ratings below: Bedside manner: Very rude, cocky, not friendly, gets mad and sarcastic when you ask him questions. Medical advice: He doesn’t take the tIme to analyze what is wrong with you. He will rush and make guessing type of treatments so he can go to this next patient fast. . I came in for a stomach issues and told me I just have ate something bad and it will go away which he will say all the time. 2 months later I came for a follow up and he told me it will go away by eating healthy which I already was. 4 months later , my stomach hurted really bad so I went to another doctor for a second and was diagnosed with a severe stomach issue. Cost: for a doctor who is terrible, his office visits are expensive. It cost me $200 for 5-7 minute consultation. Conclusion: go somewhere else, there’s plenty of doctors who care and are more friendlier and precise with their treatment plan. Dr tan doesn’t seem like he cares but rather treat you like a number, rush you so he can move to another patient.
