Austin Montondon, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant to Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. David Edelstein. He assists Dr. Edelstein with surgical procedures and helps care for his patients. Austin earned his undergraduate degree in Spanish from Lamar University in Beaumont in 2002 and earned his Master in Physician Assistant Studies from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2004. Austin then served in the United States Navy from 2004 to 2006. When not caring for patients, Austin loves spending time with his wife and six children and also enjoys cooking and gardening. He has said that his father was his role model, because he taught Austin the importance of being kind, thoughtful, and always being willing to serve others. He joined Kelsey-Seybold in December 2006.
