I moved from Missouri state to here and was nervous about finding a good doctor. I was pleasantly surprised to feel welcomed by all staff here. The front desk ladies were helpful in checking me in. The nurse was friendly and not too rough. The doctor really listened to what I had to say and didnt just dismiss my concerns. I felt like she cared.

I had an appointment and called to confirm. The doctor will be out for few weeks and nobody call me to let me know, they just canceled the appointment. The person I spoke to did nothing to give help me ,I felt frustrated and I forgot her name.

Our family attended this clinic for over 15 years, first on El Dorado then on Gemini. They now refuse to see us on short notice when we are ill since we haven't been in over past 2 years and are now considered as "new patients". This is a ridiculous and appalling treatment of existing patients. No matter, they were going rapidly downhill anyway with mediocre young doctors who know next to nothing and refuse to prescribe anything stronger than Tylenol 3. Avoid this practice!

I came here three times for appointments, showed up 15 minutes early as requested, and waited between 45 minutes and an hour and a half every time for my scheduled appointment. When the time came for bills, I paid my bill as soon as I received it, and a month later I received an adjusted bill for the same visits asking for more money. After wasting a few hours on the phone trying to figure out why they needed to adjust my bill after it was already paid, I went ahead and just paid the second bill so I wouldn't have to deal with it anymore. To my supreme displeasure, I have been sent a third bill for the exact same visits, claiming that I once again owe more money. I would like to stop receiving bills for doctors appointments that I have now paid for twice already. I have NEVER dealt with any other business in my life that has changed the price for a service after having billed me for it, and I hope to never deal with one again.
